YomPortals

Detailed Description

Adds portals between different metaspaces.

YomPortals allows metaspaces to contain portals that can teleport a YomPlayer to a different metaspace. These portals will connect to a portal API that will spawn a portal in this metaspace and another metaspace so players can teleport between them.
